Presenting the Antonine Wall Comics!
The Rediscovering the Antonine Wall project worked with Magic Torch to create two free comics about the Antonine Wall with local schools in each local authority. During workshops the students were introduced to story telling, comic book writing, drawing and the Antonine Wall. Magic Torch then took the students’ ideas to create original comics.
Antonine! is a collection of short stories inspired by students from Gavinburn Primary School, Kilsyth Primary School, Antonine Primary School, Twechar Primary School and Cadder Primary School.
Artworks by Norrie Millar, Katherine Hemmings, Sidney Galloway, Zu Dominiak, Julie Campbell, Irina Richards, Tony Pickering and Mhairi Robertson. Project and workshops led by Paul Bristow of Magic Torch Comics CIC.
