Antonine Wall Community Conference 2021
We are not able to deliver a large conference this year. Instead, to celebrate the installation of our new replica distance stones, the Rediscovering the Antonine Wall project invites you to a series of guided tours and talks. Come and meet the team on site for one of five walks, one in each local authority area, and discover the history of the Antonine Wall and the people who lived there. Each day, Dr Louisa Campbell from the University of Glasgow will also offer an online lecture about each distance stone. These lectures will be recorded and will be on our YouTube channel for future viewing.
The events are free but ticketed. The walks are limited to 12 participants.
